In 2017, OVP Management, Inc. invested $60,000 in public art including sculptures and murals at Settlers Green. The summer of 2018 will see the installation of several large sculptures and two newly commissioned murals. As a continuation of those efforts, the center is hosting an Art Night on Friday, July 13, from 4-7 p.m. The event will feature a self-walking tour of the public art, an interactive art project open to the public, live dance performances and a very special plein-air art event open to visual artists in the region.

Barley & Salt is an original dining concept developed by local and well-known restaurant owner Ben Williams. Ben is also co-owner of the successful Black Cap Grille located at Settlers Crossing, and was an original partner of the famed Horsefeathers Restaurant.

Burke and Son have mobilized and the newest 15 million dollar expansion for Settlers Green is in motion. The new development, Settlers Green Streetside, is located at 1699 White Mountain Highway and will bring an additional 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant to the outlet shopping center. The company is inviting the community to its official ground-breaking ceremony on Tuesday, November 1 at 11:30 am. At that time, they will take the opportunity to introduce key team members and share a brief presentation of the conceptual designs and architectural features. Refreshments will be served.

Fragrance Outlet is one of the nation’s largest retailers of genuine designer fragrances and related accessories. Its selection includes designer brands such as Calvin Klein, Davidoff, Estee Lauder, Hugo Boss, Tory Burch, Victoria's Secret and Lancome.
Founded in 1990, Fragrance Outlet, Inc. owns and operates over 100 Fragrance Outlet and Designer Fragrances stores. Its first store, Fragrance Outlet, debuted in 1990 in Washington, D.C.

April 5, 2016 (North Conway, NH) – Settlers Green invites area nonprofits, school groups and friends to compete for up to $500 in a new, unique charity event on Saturday, April 30.
Pogo Pillo Polo, which was a featured event in the 1990s Nickelodeon show, "Wild & Crazy Kids", combines hopper balls with the game of pillo polo, a game played in many school physical education programs.
This fun and competitive 3v3 tournament will played "on the green" near Timberland Factory Store and Gap Outlet.
"This is a great opportunity for sports teams fundraising to buy uniforms, schools raising money for field trips or nonprofits looking for project funds," said Laura Tuveson, Assistant Marketing Director at Settlers Green. "While we will allow businesses and groups of friends and family to compete, we ask that select a nonprofit of their choice to donate the winning prize to."
The three categories include Kids Play (5-12), Kind of Adults (13-18) and Adults (19+). Teams can have up to six people on a roster, but only three players can be on the field of play, in this double elimination tournament. The game ball will be a inflatable beach ball and there will be oversized nets for scoring at each end.
Teams must register in advance by Thursday, April 28. A team deposit of $10 is required to register. Each team member will receive a goodie bag at registration on the day of the event that includes a $10 gift certificate for Settlers Green. Registration is available online at settlersgreen.com. February 3, 2016 (North Conway, NH) – Expect a plethora of activities during Presidents Week at Settlers Green Outlet Village and Settlers Crossing for its Winter Carnival starting on Friday, February 12. Event plans include a Valentine's Day Instagram contest, a free snowshoe demo at Eastern Mountain Sports and a snowman decorating competition.
Shoppers can save extra during Friday Night Lights on Friday, February 12 and 19, from 4-7 p.m. Special coupons are available online at settlersgreen.com/events. Plus, free hot drink vouchers will be available at Settlers Green Customer Service. Look for a lantern display and warm up by the firepit at the Courtyard during the event.
Saco and Tuck, the bronze bears at the Settlers Green Courtyard, will be looking for love on Sunday, February 14, during the Valentine's Day Bear Hug event. Shoppers are encouraged to post a picture, whether with their sweetheart or stag, on Instagram using #SacoAndTuck @settlersgreen to enter to win a dinner for two at Black Cap Grille at Settlers Crossing. The winner will be announced at 3 p.m. on Valentine's Day by @settlersgreen.
Activities continue on Thursday, February 18, at Settlers Crossing's Eastern Mountain Sports store. There will be a free EMS snowshoe demo along with free Starbucks coffee for event goers from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tin Mountain Conservation Center will be offering free bird tours at Dahl Sanctuary, located behind Settlers Crossing, from the EMS store as well.
The Winter Carnival wraps up on Saturday, February 20, with a snowman decorating contest "on the green" by Timberland and Gap Outlet at Settlers Green Outlet Village. It is free to participate, forms must be submitted by Monday, February 15, and be found on settlersgreen.com. There is a $100 prize for each of the following categories: Most Colorful, Best Style, Most Creative. Building time is 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and a list of complete rules is available online. All area schools, nonprofits, businesses and individuals can compete.

Introduced in 1992 by TJX Companies, Inc., a Framingham, Massachusetts-based company that also operates TJ Maxx and Marshall’s, HomeGoods is a destination for off-price home fashions. The company operates nearly 500 stores across 25 states. October 29, 2014 (North Conway, NH) – Shoppers can take advantage of two weekends of Bring A Friend Shopping events at Settlers Green this year on November 6-8 and 13-15. The Original Bring A Friend Shopping Weekend as well as Bring A Friend Shopping, Too, will be packed with entertainment, activities, coupon offers, a 2000 shopping bag giveaway and huge sales.
"What is now an annual trip for many shoppers, mostly women, the Bring A Friend Shopping event brings visitors to the area from all over the Northeast and Canada in an otherwise quiet time in North Conway," said Laura Tuveson, marketing and events assistant for Settlers Green and Settlers Crossing. "This weekend often outperforms Black Friday sales and traffic for our stores."
If there's one thing that has proven to be a win amongst shoppers, it is the 2000 shopping bag giveaway, which this year takes places at 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 7. Bags include exclusive store offers, free products and samples. One "golden bag" is stuffed with a $500 shopping spree to Settlers Green. There is also a BAF Passport to Savings, which has more than 20 stores offers as well as discounts to local restaurants and attractions.
Based on popular demand, Settlers Green released 300 bags for sale on October 19 and sold out within 24 hours. The sale generated $1500 and Settlers Green plans to donate that to the Kiwanis Club of the Mt. Washington Valley at the event.
The remaining 1700 bags released on November 7 will be free, and if shoppers miss out on the giveaway, the BAF Passport to Savings will be available digitally at settlersgreen.com from November 6-15. All offers included will be valid during these dates and can be redeemed by smartphone at the time of checkout.
"We're excited to have so many stores at Settlers Green and Settlers Crossing running promotions for the extent of the Bring A Friend events this year," said Tuveson. "November is a critically important shopping time for our brands and they have done a great job at coordinating sales and offers with our event schedule to give everyone a chance to save big at Bring A Friend."
Activities include an art center hosted by local artist Carol Hanson. Shoppers can drop in and paint a small canvas that will be added to an art structure in the shape of the Settlers Green flower icon. The structure will be then be installed permanently at Settlers Green for viewing. The Carroll Country Altrusa Club will have gift wrapping for $3 at Suite C22 on both weekends of the event and they'll be sharing the space with Photos With Santa hosted by the Kiwanis Club on the first weekend of BAF.
In addition, raffle prizes will be given away every 30 minutes on both Saturdays and Sundays, including gift cards to our stores and restaurants, product and more. Shoppers can unwind at The Lounge, located underneath the tent "on the green" and receive free chocolate, refreshments and a free phone recharge station sponsored by Brookstone.
Stores open at 8 a.m. on November 7 and 8. On November 11, the traditional observance of Veterans Day, stores are open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Current regular store hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
