Barley & Salt Taphouse and Kitchen Announces New Partnership
Barley & Salt Taphouse & Kitchen is proud to announce an important milestone: Chef Bryan Lantagne and General Manager Brie Welch have officially become partners in the restaurant, joining founder Ben Williams in leading the taphouse into its next chapter.
Since opening its doors, Barley & Salt has become known for its creative, seasonal menus, extensive tap list of local and regional beers, and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. This new partnership reflects the team’s shared commitment to continuing those traditions while looking ahead to the future.
“Barley & Salt has always been about more than food and drink—it’s about people,” said Chef Bryan. “Our staff, our guests, and our community are at the heart of everything we do.”
Brie added, “We are incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received over the years. Becoming partners is not just a milestone for us, it’s a promise to keep building on what makes Barley & Salt special.”
Founder Ben Williams shared his excitement about the new partnership: “Seeing Bryan and Brie step into ownership is the natural next step for Barley & Salt. Their dedication, creativity, and leadership ensure the taphouse will continue to thrive for years to come.”
The leadership team looks forward to continuing to provide a place where friends, families, and neighbors can come together over great meals and craft beverages. Guests are invited to stop in and raise a glass to this exciting new chapter.
