The arrival of lululemon and Ulta Beauty — the two most-demanded brands in our customer surveys — shows that we are truly listening to our shoppers.

We are focused on blending major national anchors with the local entrepreneurial spirit that makes North Conway special. For instance, next week on May 14, Books-A-Million will open in Suite D32. They are tripling their footprint to a massive 9,000-square-foot space. This move from their original Route 16 location allows them to serve as a major anchor, offering everything from books to educational products and collectibles. We can't wait for you to see inside!

• Memorial Day Weekend Sidewalk Sale: Our unofficial start to summer, running May 22–25, featuring sales from over 15 participating brands like Banana Republic, Columbia, and J.Crew
