Settlers Green fulfills customer holiday wishes early, signs Ulta Beauty and Lululemon

OVP Management, Inc. is thrilled to announce a transformative year ahead for Settlers Green, securing deals with three major brands for 2026. Just in time for the holidays, OVP Management, Inc. is fulfilling its customers’ wish list of brands they would love to see come to North Conway: Ulta Beauty and Lululemon. Additionally, work is underway for a massive relocation and expansion for Books-A-Million.

Ulta Beauty, the nation’s largest beauty retailer, carries cosmetics, fragrances, skincare, nail products, bath and body products, beauty tools and haircare products. Since its founding in 1990, Ulta Beauty has redefined the retail beauty experience by bringing all things beauty together in one place. Shoppers can explore more than 25,000 products from over 600 well-established and emerging brands, along with Ulta Beauty’s own private label. Over 42 million shoppers are enrolled in the Ulta Beauty Rewards Program, which offers exclusive perks and discounts to loyal shoppers. The 7,155 square foot store will be opening for Summer 2026 in Suite G20.

Widely recognized for pioneering the modern "athleisure" trend, Lululemon has grown from a single design studio into a global phenomenon. The 5,058 square-foot store will open in Spring 2026 next to adidas in Suite I30. Rooted in yoga performance wear, the brand has expanded its offerings to technical apparel, athletic shoes and accessories for men and women.

Completing the 2026 lineup is a major reinvestment from Books-A-Million. Book A Million is currently located in North Conway with plans to relocate and open in April 2026 in Suite D32, adjacent to Gap Outlet at Settlers Green. Book A Million is a bookstore that specializes in books, magazines, collectibles, toys, gifts, games, puzzles, stationery, and educational products. Founded in 1917 as a street corner newsstand in Florence, Alabama, the company has grown into one of the largest book retailers in the United States. The 9,000 square foot store is more than triple its existing space size, allowing the retailer to vastly expand its offerings and reading areas.

“Delivering Ulta Beauty and Lululemon is a direct response to our customers, who have consistently placed these brands at the top of their wish lists,” said Marketing Director Laura Lemieux. “Ulta and BAM are key anchor tenants as Settlers Green continues to mix retailers, services and restaurants amongst its original makeup of outlet retailers. Incorporating these brands into Settlers Green will elevate the shopping experience as we continue to diversify our offerings to our customers.”

Grand opening promotions for each store will be announced closer to opening dates.
