Wicked Fresh To Open at Settlers Corner

December 14, 2016 (North Conway, NH) - Many in the North Conway area are familiar with Marc and Kathy Ianuzzi and their award winning White Mountain Cupcakery. No family event, business celebration or birthday would be complete without a box of delicious cupcakes from their bakery. Winners of the 2011 Food Network’s “Cupcake War,” Cupcakery has locations in both North Conway village and Settlers Green, and has repeatedly won NH Magazine’s Best Cupcake voted by its readers.

Ready for a new challenge, Marc and Kathy have partnered with Daniel and Angelys Rassi to bring “Wicked Fresh Burgers” to the busy Route 16 strip. The new restaurant is situated at Settlers Corner, in between the recently opened HomeGoods and renovated Staples store, in approximately 1200 square feet. Wicked Fresh Burgers will seat about 20 inside with seasonal outside dining.

Daniel, a well-known and talented chef at White Mountain Cider Company, is Kathy’s brother. He and Marc have been friends and coworkers since they were just 15. Together they plan to bring their award winning energy and family spirit to Wicked Fresh. Marc could not wait to share his vision for the new eatery: “We will be serving all natural, fresh, never frozen, grass fed beef burgers cooked to perfection. Our menu to start will be simple so we can focus on perfecting our signature menus items, which include fresh cut fries and hand spun milk shakes.” The original menu will include gourmet and traditional burger plates or customers can create their own from an array of fresh toppings and “wicked” sauces made from their in-house herb garden. Fresh local beer and a selection of wines will be offered as well as, a variety of ice cream shakes and sodas.

The interior of the restaurant will be trendy and comfortable with a custom designed dining area and kitchen by the award winning interior design team led by Tracy Dupont of Prellwitz Chilinski of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
