Settlers Green Streetside Development Has Begun

November 8, 2016 (North Conway, NH) - OVP Management, Inc. broke ground on November 1 for its latest development project at Settlers Green in North Conway, New Hampshire. Settlers Green Streetside is slated to open in 2017. The 15 million dollar expansion project will add 50,000 square feet of retail space to Settlers Green.

Anchored by Polo Ralph Lauren, Settlers Green Streetside will have a total of 10 tenants including a restaurant. Each tenant space will have a slightly different façade that is reminiscent of a traditional New England look, but with modern accoutrements. The entrance to the center, and the inspiration for the “Streetside” label, features a boulevard from Route 16 – Streetside Drive- that will lead into the center and feature storefront parking along both sides. Streetside Drive will move through the middle of the new Settlers Green Streetside development and connect directly with Common Court at Settlers Green Outlet Village.

The addition of Streetside will increase Settlers Green to 300,000 square feet of commercial retail development with an expected 115 million in annual sales. OVP Management, Inc., a Newton Massachusetts based real estate development company, has developed over 500,000 square feet of commercial properties in North Conway, including Settlers Crossing and Settlers Corner. The company is also responsible for Settlers Common, an additional 80,000 square feet of service retail slated for a 2018 opening.

OVP Management, Inc. has six employees located in North Conway, New Hampshire that manage all operations, marketing and construction for the company. Long-time Project Manager Roger Williams will oversee the construction of the new buildings and is working closely with the Cambridge-based architectural firm of Prellwitz and Chilinski Associates, Inc.
