An entirely new concept in outdoor play and courtyard improvements that features natural materials and activities for children, as well as a new dining area, is under construction at Settlers' Green Outlet Village.
The area will include several sitting areas, boulders and shaded grass areas, a rock scramble wall, a nature-scape balance walk, outdoor musical instruments and a fire pit. A roofed, but open air patio with comfortable lounge seating, cocktail service and full dining menu will be located at the east end of the Courtyard. It will be open year-round.
Brandli’s Pizza Pasta Grille will offer a new menu of burgers, beer and small plates and the area will be available for parties and special events.
“Every year we try to find ways to improve the shopping experience for our customers," said Settlers' Green General Manager Dot Seybold. "Our summertime customers love dining outside and our shopping families enjoy having a safe, fun place to let their kids be kids for a bit.”
The project is a half-million dollar improvement designed by Cambridge architects Prellwitz Chilinski Associates, designers of the Black Cap Grille and several other OVP Management, Inc. projects and buildings. Gordon T. Burke & Sons, Inc., D. W. Electrical and several additional locally-owned contractors are providing site work. The construction is set to be complete in early June.
Settlers’ Green Outlet Village, located in North Conway, New Hampshire, is a 60-plus store outlet center with a unique village setting offering landscaped courtyards, cafés and restaurants, and a wide variety of outlet shopping experiences including Coach Factory, J.
