In honor of National Canned Food Month, Settlers’ Green Outlet Village will host a food drive at the Settlers’ Green Customer Service Office to support Vaughan Community Service, a non-profit organization that maintains the North Conway area food pantry. The drive will run Saturday, February 1 through Sunday, February 9.
Customers can bring in 10 or more cans and receive a bounce back certificate, good for $10 off any purchase made at Settlers’ Green. The Food Drive will be based at the Customer Service Office during its regular hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
“We encourage canned or boxed food of any amount to help support the cause,” said Laura Tuveson, marketing and event assistant at Settlers’ Green. “We want to reach our goal of 1000 non-perishable items and support the local non-profit during the nine-day span of the food drive.”
There is a limit of one coupon per customer for the duration of the food drive, while supplies last, and must be applied toward a future purchase. There is no expiration date and the coupon is good at any store or restaurant at the shopping center. For more information and a full listing of events at Settlers’ Green, visit settlersgreen.com.
